ABOUT ME

Hello and welcome - I'm Sarah.

I’m a Melbourne-based Virtual Assistant and thinking partner, helping neurodivergent people turn admin, systems and general life chaos into something a bit more enjoyable.

I support people through burnout and overwhelm or simply in those moments when life feels messy, stuck or too much.

My focus is on adapting support and systems to suit you. I offer thinking and planning support, helping to untangle thoughts, shape ideas and ease decision fatigue so things feel more manageable, one step at a time.

My approach is holistic, neuro-affirming and grounded in genuine care. We work together in a way that’s practical, supportive and real. I meet you where you’re at and show up as a calm, steady presence, whether that’s as a thinking partner, cheerleader or advocate when life feels like a lot.

Sometimes that means we work side by side, as we reflect and process the tasks at hand. Other times I quietly step in and take things off your plate, so you don’t have to think about them anymore. Either way, the goal is the same: less overwhelm, more breathing room.

After a couple of years in this space (including working with Stardust Support Services - shout out to Nadia!) I’ve branched out to do things my own way - incorporating a holistic approach to the support I offer.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my velcro dog Freddy, who’s never too far away. I spend time camping with my partner and friends, being a stepmum to three absolute legends and either listening to music, podcasts or disappearing down a rabbit hole of whatever new topic I’m hyper-focused on at the time. (Right now, it’s Emotional Freedom Technique - AKA tapping.)

I also practice breathwork and mindfulness and my morning routine is a game changer! All of which naturally flows into how I support people - gently, without pressure and always at your pace.
